Proposed Use


The Woodlawn Crossing project will feature the relocation of the Walmart on Hubbard Avenue, to a new 190,000 sq. ft. Supercenter, with groceries. Walmart will be hiring approx. 85-100 additional associates as well. Eventually, this re-development will bring new opportunities for medical office, life sciences, retail, light manufacturing and research and development to the neighborhood, adjacent parcels and the remaining sites on the WSBP.
